Legal Terms

All payments are due in full before the first session. Sessions are not guaranteed; they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are not confirmed until invoices are paid in full before the scheduled session. If the invoice is not paid in full before the scheduled session and the time slot becomes unavailable, clients may be asked to reschedule to the next available time slot. All payments are non-refundable and cannot be used for another session. If, for any reason, clients have to cancel a paid session, payments can be used towards a future rescheduled session up to 6 months after the original scheduled session date. Rescheduled sessions may incur a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee. Discounted plans apply.

Note: If using a discounted plan, clients have up to 6 months to complete all sessions included in the plan; otherwise, any remaining sessions will be forfeited, and clients must book a new session to receive services.

Cancellation Policy Updates:

Effective April 15, 2021, cancellations made within 24 hours or less will be subject to a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee. This includes "no call no shows" and rescheduled requests. Clients are provided with one complimentary rescheduled session without penalty to be used in the event of an emergency cancellation. All cancellations thereafter are subject to a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee. If a client does not show up for a session within 10 minutes of start time and has not reached out to the Specialist informing them of the cancellation, it is deemed a "No call no show". "No call no shows" are not considered an emergency cancellation and will be subject to the $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee. Please pay the cancellation fee before rescheduling the next session.

COVID-19 UPDATES:

As a health and safety precaution, all in-person sessions require Clients and Specialists to wear a mask at all times, keep at least six (6) feet distance, and refrain from physical contact. (Couples and family members are excluded from having to social distance from each other).

Note: Office space will be sanitized and disinfected in between sessions.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as a safety precaution for our Clients and Specialists, Courageous SELFcare Specialists, LLC has added virtual sessions as an option. Virtual sessions will be handled with the same care, privacy, and professionalism as in-person or phone sessions.
